Boston Bike Night - 2 July 2015

Well once again the great city of Boston outdid itself in its warm welcome to bikers both old and new at their famous annual Bike Night on 2 July 2015. Our Rep Sandy had done a bang up job in reserving space for the Goldwings to display on Wide Bargate, which gave us a prominent position to show off our bikes and talk to people as they made their way to and from the display areas. We had a total of 18 Goldwings (not all from Lincs) and we found ourselves sharing the side of the street with a whole load of vintage Vespas and other scooters. The display area had the usual vendors so you could wander around and by clothing helmets, exhausts, tyres and even Rider Training Courses. In the area opposite our wings, you could find the food vendors and a big van hosting a Rock Group who blasted out their songs to entertain the crowd. The weather was excellent and the turnout for both bikes and visitors was brilliant. Here are a few photos to give you a feeling for how well the night went.
